Delete your account
This page erases your M4Plan account and everything in it. It exists so that you can do it without the app, from any browser.
What happens, and when
- Straight awayThe account is disabled. Signing in from the app and from the website stops working.
- For seven daysNothing is erased yet. If you sign in again within that window, the deletion is cancelled and you get everything back, untouched.
- After seven daysEverything is erased, for good. There is no way back, for you or for us.
What is deleted
- Your authentication account and its email address.
- All your rows in the database: goals, daily tracking, workouts, meals, weight, points, badges, settings.
- All the media you uploaded: meal photos, progress photos, workout videos.
- The person record held about you by our usage measurement provider, if you had one.
What remains for a while
- Encrypted technical backups, overwritten within 90 days.
- Any messages you sent us, kept for 24 months.
- Proof of your consents, kept for 5 years.
- Anything a legal obligation requires us to keep.
What stays on your phone
This page erases nothing on your device. Information kept locally goes when you uninstall the app, or with the local erase offered in its settings.
Remember to export your backup from the app before going on: after seven days there is nothing left for us to give back.
